This policy explains what personal data Tibhar Brasil (CNPJ 44.853.726/0001-42) collects at tibhar.com.br, how we use it and what your rights are, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, LGPD).

- Account and orders: name, tax ID (CPF/CNPJ) or identity document, email, phone number, delivery and billing address.
- Payment: the payment method chosen and transaction status. Card details are entered and processed directly by the payment providers; Tibhar Brasil does not store card numbers.
- Browsing: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and products viewed, collected through cookies.
- Customer service: messages exchanged by WhatsApp, email or social media.

- to process, invoice, deliver and track your orders;
- to issue invoices and meet legal and tax obligations;
- to handle exchange, return and warranty requests;
- to prevent fraud and keep the store secure;
- to send news and promotions, only with your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by WhatsApp);
- to improve the store and show more relevant ads.

We share only what is needed for your purchase to work:
- Store platform: Nuvemshop, which hosts the website and orders;
- Payment providers: companies that process and review payments;
- Carriers and Correios: name, address and phone number for delivery;
- Advertising and analytics tools: such as Google and Meta, with browsing data;
- Public authorities: when required by law or court order.
We do not sell your personal data.
