Terms of Use – Tibhar Brasil

These terms govern the use of the tibhar.com.br store, operated by Tibhar Brasil (CNPJ 44.853.726/0001-42). By browsing or buying in the store, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

1. Account

  • To buy, provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for purchases made with your account.
  • We may cancel accounts or orders with false information or signs of fraud.

2. Products, prices and stock

  • Photos are for illustration and colors may vary slightly by screen. Weights, thicknesses and measurements follow the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Prices and promotions are valid while stock lasts or until the date stated in the offer.
  • An order is confirmed only after payment is approved. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will let you know and you can choose another product or a full refund.
  • In case of an obvious pricing error (for example, a price far below normal due to a system failure), we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by specialized companies. Discount coupons cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise.

4. Delivery

  • The delivery time is shown at checkout and counts from payment confirmation.
  • Check your address before completing the order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or no one available to receive it, reshipping may be charged.
  • Delays caused by carriers, strikes or events beyond our control will be communicated, and you may cancel the order if you prefer.

5. Exchanges, returns and warranty

These follow our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Tibhar brand, logos, photos, texts and other website content belong to Tibhar or its partners. Copying, reproducing or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

7. Resale

The store sells to end consumers. Orders in quantities inconsistent with personal use may be limited or cancelled. Resellers, clubs and academies should contact us on WhatsApp.

8. Proper use of the website

You may not use the store for fraud, attempt to access restricted areas, overload the website or collect data by automated means.

9. Liability

Tibhar Brasil is liable for the products it sells under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the store or for the user's internet connection issues.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Each purchase follows the version in force on the order date.
