Black November Rules

These rules set out the conditions of the Black November Tibhar 2026 campaign, run on the official store tibhar.com.br by Tibhar Brasil (CNPJ 44.853.726/0001-42).

1. Period

From November 5, 2026, 12:00 a.m., to November 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (Brasília time), or while stocks last.

2. Where it applies

Only to purchases made at tibhar.com.br. The conditions do not apply to resellers, partner clubs, marketplaces or other channels, unless specifically announced.

3. Discounts

• Discounts of up to 50% on selected products. "Up to 50%" is the maximum discount; the percentage varies by product.
• Participating products show the sale price on the product page and are grouped in the A Black Tibhar section.
• The crossed-out price is the store price before the campaign.
• Products without a sale price do not participate.

4. Stock

Offers are limited to available stock. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it: the product is only guaranteed once payment is approved. If an item sells out after purchase, we will let you know and you can choose another product or a full refund.

5. Payment methods

The payment methods, installments and conditions available for your country are shown on the product page and at checkout.

6. Coupons

• Coupons announced during the campaign have their own rules (validity, participating products or categories, and whether they combine with sale prices), stated when each coupon is announced.
• Only one coupon may be used per order.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and do not apply to shipping unless expressly stated.

7. Shipping and delivery time

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Due to high order volume during the period, packing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. The delivery time shown at checkout is always honored.

8. Limit per customer

The campaign is intended for end consumers. Tibhar Brasil may limit the number of units per order or per customer and cancel orders that indicate resale or fraud, with a full refund.

9. Exchanges, returns and warranty

Products bought during Black November have the same rights as any other purchase, under our Returns and Exchanges Policy. For an exchange, the price paid at purchase applies.

10. Pricing errors

In case of an obvious pricing or listing error (for example, a price far below normal due to a system failure), Tibhar Brasil may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

11. General provisions

• Orders with approved payment keep the purchase conditions, even if the offer ends afterwards.
